Ohhh... to be a kid again...

The coolest birthday cake I ever had was the Strawberry Shortcake cake either my mom or somebody else made either for my 2nd or 3rd birthday. It's not that I'm unappreciative, that was a great cake and I remember it to this day. I loved it! How could I not? I was obsessed with that doll.
Still, these cakes are unbelievable! To create something so extravagant, you would have to be a genius.

It would almost be a sin to eat it. I'm sure I would be in 7th heaven if I were to indulge in a piece, but I think I would feel a little guilty. I'd feel guilty because I don't know if I would feel right cutting into something so beautiful.
I've always thought it would be fun to do a theme for a birthday party. I know I'm an adult and I just blogged about growing up, but like I said, I'm a child at heart, I have no intentions of ever changing that.
I love fairytales! I think an Alice in Wonderland party for grown ups would be amazing!
